Insurance Coverage – For renters aged from 21 years to 24 years
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends upon the car groups:

The maximum excess amount for mini, compact, economy and full size vehicle groups is EUR 2000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate and special vehicle groups is EUR 2400.
The maximum excess amount for luxury vehicle groups is EUR 2800.

Theft Waiver (THW)
It is included in your rental amount.
It reduces the client's financial responsibility for loss or theft to the vehicle to the sum of the deductible.
The excess amount for THW depends on the vehicle groups:

The maximum excess amount for mini, compact, economy and full size vehicle groups is EUR 2000.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate and special vehicle groups is EUR 2400.
The maximum excess amount for luxury vehicle groups is EUR 2800.

Excess Reduction - For renters aged from 21 years to 24 years
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount i.e. EUR 350.

The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:

EUR 100 per day - For mini, compact, economy and full size vehicle groups.
EUR 110 per day - For intermediate and special vehicle groups.
EUR 120 per day - For luxury vehicle groups.

It may not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Excess Reduction - For renters aged from 25 years to 70 years
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount up to a small manageable amount i.e. EUR 250.

The price of Super CDW varies according to the vehicle groups which are as follows:

EUR 25 per day - For mini, compact, economy and full size vehicle groups.
EUR 35 per day - For intermediate and special vehicle groups.
EUR 45 per day - For luxury vehicle groups.

It may not cover Glass, tyres and other accessories. Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.

Deposit: For renters aged from 21 years to 24 years

A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1000 to EUR 2400 (depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.

Accepting debit cards for deposit on the condition that the client will be charged €20 on pick up and the deposit will be taken as a sale (not a preauthorization).
The client has to provide his bank details so that we can return the sale after 15 days excluding any charges related to fines, damages etc.

Deposit: For renters aged from 25 years to 70 years

A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1000 to EUR 2400 (depending on the vehicle group) is held from the credit card at the time of rental until the vehicle is returned.

Drivers Age
The minimum driver’s age is 21 years and the maximum driver’s age is 70 years.

A Young Driver surcharge of EUR 5 will apply for drivers between 21 years to 24 years.

Driver’s License
The renter and the driver have to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least 2 years. Also, a valid ID card/residential permit or passport would be required at time of pick up.

An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driving license is not in Roman alphabet (For Eg. if the license is in Arabic). International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation.

E-Vouchers are not accepted.

Fees
Airport Fee is included in the rental amount.

Other fees:
1. Administration Fee: A standard administration fee of EUR 50 is charged to cover the costs of processing speeding fines, parking tickets, or any other related traffic offences, and any other administration work required. The customer confirms that any fine can be processed at a later stage directly from the card presented on the commencement of the rent together with the administration fee.
2. Any additional items hired by the lessee which are not returned and/or are returned damage, than the lessee will become liable for the full replacement cost of these items.
3. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, the lessee will become liable for a minimum valeting fee of EUR 50 up to a maximum valeting fee EUR 200 plus an administration charge fee of EUR 50.
4. No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicle a cleaning charge of two hundred EUR 200 will be chargeable after the rent is terminated.
5. There is a very clear no smoking policy in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has been smoking in the vehicle a cleaning charge of EUR 200 will be chargeable after the rent is terminated.

24 hours breakdown assistance is included for all rentals. In the event of breakdown please call +356 22480200 and our head office +356 79337934

Accident Instruction
Please call the Local Wardens on +356 21320202 and phone our head office +356 79337934. If someone is injured in the accident please call the police force on telephone number 112. Please ensure that you only call this number in an emergency. If you need to call the police and it is not a real emergency, please call the Police General Headquarters on +356 21224001-7 or your local Police Station.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, missing fuel will charged at current pump price plus an administration charge fee of EUR 50 on your return. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

No Fuel deposit will be taken when you collect the vehicle. All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel is not included.

Mileage Policy
Unlimited

Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is allowed to Gozo.

Ferry travel to the island of Gozo is allowed. But the clients have to pay for the ferry themselves. Please check at the rental desk for more information.

VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.

Payment Methods
Only MasterCard and Visa credit card is accepted and must be on main drivers name while paying at the rental desk.

Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection service is available free of charge.

Flight Delay Policy
If we have been given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, if customer is delayed and arrives when the branch is closed, they can collect the car the next morning, we will keep the car for them until midday the next morning.
If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for one (1) hour after their booking collection time. If customer shows later than one (1) hour after the flight has been arrived, an administration fee of EUR 25 will be charged on arrival.

Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge, please see below working hours, charge will apply on out of working hours. Out of Hours Drop Off Fee (00:00-08:00) : 20 Euros Out of Hours Drop Off Fee (20:00-24:00) : 50 Euros Out of Hours Pickup Fee (00:00-08:00) : 20 Euros Out of Hours Pickup Fee (20:00-24:00) : 50 Euros

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM

Saturday to Sunday 08:00 AM to 13:00 PM

An additional charge of EUR 50 per service will apply for collection and delivery of the rented vehicle on Public Holidays / National Holidays. This charge is applicable all day long.

Late Return Policy
A grace period of 90 minutes is allowed from the specified drop off time on the voucher. If you have further delays please inform the branch as soon as possible. Failing to inform the branch and going past the grace period of ninety (90) minutes, you will be charged at a daily rental charge of EUR 30, an administration fee of EUR 50 plus a daily rental fee for the vehicle for each day or part thereof, that the vehicle is overdue.
